• Private Portal + Personal Workbooks
  Make it super easy for them to engage with the material with a private folder created just for them with all of their workbooks inside. When they want your guidance or feedback, they can tag you in the workbooks, and you can have conversations inside. They’re encouraged with your feedback, and you get to see how your students are engaging with the material.

• Monthly Check-In Emails
  Know what your students are loving, and where they need a little help. This monthly (or weekly) check-in email sends automatically, and when they respond to your form, you get a bird’s eye view of what’s going on in your course. What Zapier plan will I need?

These are multi-step zaps, so you'll need at least their Starter plan (the lowest paid tier). It starts at $19.99/mo (billed annually, or $29.99 billed month to month).

What other apps do I need for the Zaps?

For the Personalized Workbooks zap, we'll be using:

• Google Drive

• Google Docs

• GMail (or your email service provider)

For the Monthly Check-In zap, we'll be using:

• ActiveCampaign

• (We'll be using ActiveCampaign for the demo, but we'll include instructions for ConvertKit as well)

  For the Certificates zap, we'll be using:

• Your course platform

• Google Docs or Slides

• Google Forms (or any form software)

• GMail (or your email service provider)

And a lot of the principles are transferable to apps you have (e.g. using ConvertKit instead of ActiveCampaign. You’ll learn how each zap works and the why behind the tech, so you can take the ideas you learned here and tweak them!

Does it have templates?
